Atlanta, April 13.—The grand jury
In the United States court yesterday
turned "no bills" as to all the char
ges sought to he preferred against
The Constitution, Roby Robinson, its
business manager, and W. F. Crus-
selle, manager of the tri-weekly cir
culation. It was charged that the

postofflce employees to cause under-
weighing of the Constitution's mail.
In support of this charge it was

tution's mall to the depots. It was
shown to the grand Jury, however,
that underweighing would have caus
ed tho company to lose money.
