LITTLE JOE BROWN SHOULD
BE PUT'lN THE CHAIR
Cordele Rambler.
The Rambler is not controlled by
either the Drown or Smith faction;
v.e are for Hoke Smth for^Ixo senate
simply because we believe that Geor
gia and the South needs his strops
personality to represent us In that
body. We are for Little Joe for gov
ernor becaure we believe he is the
man to handle conservatively the
helm of state, weighing the claims of
rich corporations and the common
people in equal balance, giving jus
tice to both. He la dn honest unas
suming man, careful in detail and cau
tlous In execution; too wise to be a
time lerver and too ronorable to ho a
grafter.
Notwithstanding his affections tor
the common people, he never resorts
to the hypocritical devices of the dem
ngogue, but respects honestly acquir
ed wealth and protects its rights.
He is a man' w ho will make a good
j governor ever/ day; has common
sense and Judgment, is never swept
away by the fad of the hour.
We need Hoke Smith in the senate
but Little Joe should be put in the
governor's chair, and we believe he
will.
Georgia needs both of these men,
and It is a pity that faction is partly
obscuring the merits .of them. Think
ftr yourself and don’t let any faction
control you; be yourself an Individ*
ual.
