After the publication of this notice
once a week for four weeks, pursuant
to Section 3065 of the Code of Geor
gia of 1910, the undersigned, as guar
dian for Garland Onnie Deadwyler,
a minor, will apply to the Honorable
Walter L. Hodges, Judge of the Su
perior Court of said County, in vaca
tion, at the courthouse at Hartwell,
Georgia, for leave to sell for the pur
pose of reinvestment the following
described property of the said Garian
Onnie Deadwyler, to-wit:
All the stone, rock and granite
in, on, upon and under al] that tract
of land situate in the Fork District,
G. M. of said State and County,
bounded on the North by lands of
A. H. Eberhardt arid Robert Dea 1-
wyler, on the East by lands of Robert
Deadwyler, on the South by South
Broad River, and on the West bv
creek, containing ninety-eight and
eighty-four one-hundredths (9.3.84)
acres, more or- less, together with all
quarry rights and privileges, includ
ing ways of ingress and egress over
and across over and across said de
scribed tract of land, the right, to
dump refuse and dirt upon the lands
a'djoining such quarries.
The said application to be made
for the reason that the said quarries
and the land upon which the same
are located is unproductive, pays no
income, and is an altogether unprofit
able investment. This 6th day oi
October, 1923.
