Church Events:
There will be a Com
munity Revival honoring
all the churches in
Hayneville on Thursday,
Friday, and Saturday
(March 22, 23, and 24) at
the Frist Baptist Church
of Hayneville. Preaching
the revival will be Bro.
Wimp Huff. Everyone is
invited to attend. Special
singing will be held each
night.
Easter sunrise services

employed with Southern
Machinery at the Con
tinental Can Company, in
Perry.
The wedding is planned
for Sunday April 9, 1978 at
2 o'clock in the afternoon
at Second Memorial
Baptist Church in Perry.
All friends are cordially

Baptist Church on Easter
morning at 7:00 a.m.
Preaching at this service
will be Bro. Tom Huff.
Everyone is invited to
stay for coffee and donuts
following the service.
Sunday March 19, the
Hayneville Assembly of
God Church will hold a
dedication service in
honor of the new
educational wing and
fellowship hall. The
speaker will be the State
Superintendent of the
Assemblies of God, Bro.
Wall of Macon. Following
the morning service
lunch will be served in the
fellowship hall. Bring a
basket lunch and join in
the fellowship.
The Young people of
the Assembly of God
Church are planning a
trip to Stone Mountain
Saturday, March 18. They
will be leaving at 7:30
a.m. Anyone wishing to
go should be at the church
at 7:30 with a packed
lunch.

Randy Howe, stationed
at Mayport Navy Base in
Jacksonville, Fla. spent
the weekend with his
grandparents Mr. and
Mrs. E.G. McCormick.
Lester Weekley was a
patient at the Perry
Houston County Hospital
and wants everyone to
know that he's doing
much better.
Mrs. Betty Adams had
a quilting party at her
home last Tuesday.

Bachelor of Science
degree in Biology from
Georgia Southwestern
College March 10, 1978.
Miss Cynthia Adams
had her capping
ceremonies for L.P.N, in
Dublin last Friday night.
All the family attended
this festive ceremony.
Mrs. Mae Brewer held a
reception at her home in
Cynthia's honor following
the ceremonies.
Derrell Etheridge
visited with his family
over the weekend. He is
currently living in
Augusta after moving
there from Houston,
Texas. He is employed by
Cardinal Construction
Company.
