Editor J. W. Harris and his brother,
W. A. Harris, who were shot and killed
in Waco, Texan, last Friday by Col.
Gerald of that* city, formerly lived at
Toccoa, and were well known to many
people in this section. The cause of
the tragedy was an article in Brann’s
Iconoclast attacking Baylor University,
against which Editor Harris defended
the college in his paper. _
