when escaping steam from a passing
locomotive frightened the bprscSs and
they ran away. Out Broad street the
Phill Byrd, fell headlong Tuesday
morning at about 10 o’clock, from the
third floor of the capital building in
Atlanta. His skiill was fractured and
be was sent to the Grady hospital in a
precarious condition.

A Midnight Mystery. ^
