name and style of the “Pioneer Compress and
Warehouse Company,’* nnd under such name

First. The husfness of erecting nnd maintain
ing ami operating or leasing one or mow* com
presses for the compressing of cotton.
Nccoud, The business of receiving nnd storing
cotton and compressing tho same, and receiving
therefor such charges and tolls as may be, by U

Third, With the power to purchase or lease

wharves, warehouses and cotton compresses.
