SUMTER COUNTY^
. ADMINISTRATOR’S SALE.
ON the first Tuesday in December next, will
be sold before the Cou't House door, in the
.city of Americus, Sumter county, agreeable to
orders from the Court of Ordinary of said coun
ty, the following lands, to-wit: (widow’s dow
er .R. R. right of way and the Church yard of
Rehobotli church excepted,) 182 02 acres
more or less, of lot No 67, in the new 16th
district of Sumter county; 100 acres more or
less of lot No. 58 in the same district and coun
ty. The above land is known as the piaffe
•whereon the relict of Geo. G. Felts, now re
sides, and belongs to his estate. Also at the
same timeand place will be sold as thelproperty
of said estate, onchalf Jotof land, No. 74, in the
same district, same county, lying in the woods
on the Starkville road near Sumter city. Also,
will be sold at the same time and place the fol
lowing lands adjoining those above described,
belonging to the estate of Reuben Gwaltney de
ceased. to-wit; 20 acres of lot No. 57 above de
scribed, half lot of No. 74 abovo described and
Jot No. 80 in the same district and county.—
