A Host Jlirucnlnti# Curt’ of Had Lcjh, after 43
Years ’ Suft ri /<;/.
Extract of a letter from Sir. William Oalpin, of 70
St. Miirys-strc. t. Weymouth, dated 15th May, 1851:
To Hrnfr.csor Hullnwciy:
Sin:—At the age of eighteen my wife, (who is now
silty-one) (mught a violent cold, wliich settled in her
legs, and ever since that time they have been more or
less sore, and greatly infinmed. Iler agonies were
detracting, and for months together she was doprived
entirely of rest and sleep. Every remedy that medi
cal men advised was tried, but without effect; her
nfeulih suffered severely, ujid the state of her legs was
terrible. 1 had ofteu read your advertiseunenUj and
udvisud her tn try your Fills aud Ointment; and, as a
last resource, after every other remedy had proved
useless, sho consented to do so. She commenced six
weeks ago, and, strange to relate, is now in good
health. 1F v legs are painless, without scuui or scar,
and her sleep sound and undisturla'd. Could you have
witnessed the sulTeriiucs of my wife during the last 43
years, and contrast them wiJi her present cujoymeut
of health, you would indeed feci delighted in having
boon the means of r * greatly alleviating tho sufferings
of a fellow creator.).

Copy of a letter from Mr. Wm. Abbs, builder of Gas
Ovens, of Uu-liciiffe, ueur lluddersfielJ, dated May
31st, 1851:
To IVofesHor 11‘Jloway:
Stn:—l suffered for a perid of thirty years from a
bad leg, the result of two or three different’ accidents
at the Gas Works; accompanied by scorbutic symptoms,
i had recourse to a variety of medical advice, without
deriving any benefit, and was even told that the leg
must be amputated; yet, in opposition to that opiniou,
your Pills and Ointment have effected a complete cure
in so short a time, that few who had not witnessed it
would credit the fact. (digued)
William Anns.
The truth of this statement can be verified by Mr.
W. I*. England, Chemist, 13 Market-street, Hudders

.1 Dreadful Hat/ Hr east Cured in Our Month.
Extract of a letter from Air. Frederick Turner, of
Pens hurst, Kent, dated December 13th, 1850:
To J'r< freer UnlUmny:
Dear S::i: —My vis - h id suffered from Bad-Breasts
for more than six months, and during the whole peri
od had the best medical attendance, but all to no use.
Having before healed a a awful wound in my own leg
b. your unrivalled medicine, I determined again to
is • your Fills and Ointment, and therefore gave them
a trial in her case, and fortunate it was I did so: for in
less than a month a perfect cure was effected, and the
benefit that various other branches of im family have
derived from their use is really astonishing. I uow
strongly recommend them to all my friends.
