IIGHTIHE RIILEMEN DRILL
Something About the Different
Booths and Corrected List of
Managers and Attennants
There was a good crowd at ihe Cath
olic fair last night, which was desig
nated as overybody’s night, and those
present eojjyed tbe occasion to the
fullest. Like all fairs of the kind it
costs nothing to get in,but one sees so
much to buy and has so many argon
appeals from the earnest workers in
side that they must be stonehearted in
deed to get away without contributing
their share toward the noble purpose
for wbioh the fair is being held. The
ladies report that business is good.
Tonight, is R flemen’s night, and the
beys and their friends will be ont in
force. Tbe drill for the medal is ex
citing great interest and every one Is
anxious to see it.
By special request the Timse Oall
publishes again the full list of booths
with a description of each and the
names of the managers and assistants
There haring oocurred some unfortun
ate errors in the Nets published, we
have taken special puns to get this 11 s'
correct:
The January or iceoreum and lmon

at yon entei the hall, is decorated in
white and green. It is presided oyer by
Mrs. Emme. Csluien, assisted by M s.
O. Oglesby. Mr* 0. W Hardy, aad

The next is tae July, or eigar booth
it is gay with the nationals colors and
in charge of Mrs. C. L Elliott with
Misses and Dollie Tison
at assistants.
The November, orange and fruit
booth, is managed by Miss Hattie
Mook, assisted by Misses Maud Hood
enpile and Regina Marx. It ie deoorat

orange tree ladened with oranges that

umbrella spread over all, It is presid

Mrs. C, P. Goodyear and Misses Mary
Goodyear and Mary Porter as assist

Next and at the extreme end of the
hall, is the March or candy booth.
This is white and briliantly decorated
with numberless varie-colored electric
lights wblob make it the brightest
both of all. It is beautiful, and ably
managed by Mrs. George Coates and her
assistants Mrt. J. A MoDoflia and Miss
Rosa Coates. The arrangement of
this booth is entirely due to Mrs'
Coates and Mrs, McDuffie.
The December, or Christmas tree
both is another prize scheme. All arti
cles on the gaily deoorated Christmas
tres are numbered—you buy a number
and get what it calls for. Borne of the
prizes are very fine. It is oonduoted by
Mrs. Curtis and her assi. tanta are Mrs.
Mroozkowski and Miss Lucy Hoizen
dorf.
Next the Febrdary and June, a com
bination booth, is devoted to books and
fanoy artioles on the February end ar.d
to fl iwers—natural and artifloial—at
tbe June end. It is decorated very
prettily in pink and white, and pre
sided over by Mrs. E. Fabian, with
Mies Boyle, Mrs. Abrams and Miss
Julia Mahoney as assistant.
The September, or grocery booth, is
green and pink. This is a prize booth
where you buy groceries by ohancs
Every package contains an artioie

agement of Mre. M, E. Minnebau,
