Hunter Joins Perry Trust
Company Banking Team

Perry resident Mitchell Hunter is
joining Trust Company Bank of
Middle Georgia as a manager
trainee, said Eddie Wilson, vice
president of Trust Company Bank.
Wilson said that Hunter would
be permanently associated with the
Perry branch of Trust Company
Bank. "He will be learning all areas
of branch operations," said Wilson.
"He will be heavily involved on the

The !5-hcur computer camp is
scheduled to meet June 20, 1994
through June 24, Monday through
Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. The
camp will also be scheduled for the
week of June 27-July 1, 1994.
Class size is limited, applicants
may register in the Continuing
Education Department through June
15, 12 p.m. to 8 p.m., Monday
through Thursday, Friday £ a.m. to
4 p.m. Cost is S6B, however, there
will be a $lO discount to the first
eight persons to pay the registration

The nine survey questions on
school violence were part of the
Winter Georgia State Poll. The Ge
orgia State Poll is a quarterly tele
phone survey of Georgia residents
conducted by the Center for Urban
Policy Research at Georgia State
University. For the poll, 809 resi
dents were randomly selected and in
terviewed on a wide variety of pub
lic policy issues. The interviews
were conducted from Jan. 12-26,
1994. Results were weighted using
the most recent census data on the
state of Georgia. The questions
about school violence were spon
sored by the Georgia Department of
Education at the request of the Task
Force on Violence and the Schools.

and water authorities may be con
solidated in the future, that does not
guarantee one governmental body
will run the entire county.

that could arise by jumping the gun

work together on consolidation.

Hunter graduated from Westfield
Academy in Perry. He attended the
University of Georgia, earning a
bachelor's in business administra
tion in finance in Dec., 1993. This
is his first position in banking.
