DECLARATION OF
INDEPENDENCE / EXPATRIATION
I, Michael Joseph Knight, being made
aware of the fraud perpetrated against me
by the foreign jurisdiction known as the
municipal corporation of the District of
Columbia (a/k/a United States), and the
municipal corporation of the State of
Georgia, said fraud to entrap me and my
posterity into qusi-contractual agreements,
calling them license,and not disclosing there
contractural intent to remove me from under
the jurisdiction and protection of the
Constitution for The People of the United
States of America, a Republic, have caused
me great and legal injury.
By this Declaration of Independence, in
the name of Jesus Christ my Lord, I do
solemnly publish and declare my right to
expatriate absolute, my res in trust to said
foreign jurisdiction known as the United
States( the municipal corporation of the
District of Columbia), and the State of
Georgia( al so a municipal corporation) both
being democracies, and return to the
Republic of the United States of America
under the jurisdiction of our Lord Christ
Jesus, the organic Constitution and Bill of
Rights for The People of the Continental
United States of America.
Any and all past and present political
ties implied by operation of laworotherwise
in trust with the democracy is hereby
dissolved. AH undisclosed contracts to
which I have unknowingly set my name are
recinded.
I Michael Joseph Knight, and my minor
children, have full power to contract,
establish commerce as guaranteed by the
first 10 amendments to the Bill of Rights to
the Constitution of the United States of
America, a Republic.
I reserve all rights under common law
for redress of grievance set forth herein,
and put all public servants on notice.
