Melatonin is a natural way
to get a good night's sleep
You have the day off. You’re
planning a day at the lake and a
night on the town. Your day is
going great. You’re sunbathing and
taking it easy. Wow, this is the
life. When you return home to get
ready to go dancing you find
yourself almost wishing you could
just crash on the sofa. You feel so
drained--’’drained from the sun’’~
that’s what people call it. Why do
you suppose you feel this way
when you were so excited this
morning about dancing tonight?
It must be that good ‘ole
melatonin that the sun caused your
brain to release today. You know
you’ll sleep well tonight because
you feel so pooped.
This is the best way to explain

7. Walk facing traffic. In
areas where there are no sidewalks,
children should be instructed to
walk on the left side of the roadway
facing approaching traffic. They
should walk in a single file, as far
off the traveled part of the roadway
as possible. If an adult is walking
with the child, the adult should
walk between the child and the
roadway, acting as more of a visible
buffer to the vehicles.
Motorists can do their part in
protecting children this summer by
taking extra precautions when
approaching intersections, parked
cars, playgrounds, parks and when
making turns.

Melatonin was on the news a

prevention of jet lag.
My experience with just two
tablets relaxed me enough that I
missed the last half of a rented
movie that I was enjoying. I just
had to go to sleep. I slept well that
night and felt great the next

Before Melatonin was on the

Stafford also added that he is
looking at adding new positions to
the Houston County Sheriffs De

growth of the county, there has
been no increase in staff size since
1990. At present, according to
Stafford, there are only five deputies
on patrol during any one shift, three
in the north end of the county and
two in the south. The addition of
new positions will run around
$70,000, but is needed, Stafford
said.
