Because of default in payment of
indebtedness secured by a Deed to secure
debt executed by Ben ARen to Shirley W.
Vassas and George Wallace Williams,
dated March 13, 1991, and recorded in
Deedßook9lo, Page 601, Clerk-s Office,
Houston Superior Court, the undersigned
Shirley W. Vassas and George Wallace
Wiliams have declared the entire amount
of said indebtedness due and payable in
accordance with the terms of said deed
and the note secured thereby; and pursuant
to the powerof sale contained in said deed,
them wM be sold by the undersigned at
public outcry before vie courthouse door in
Houston County, Georgia, on August 2,
1994 within the legal hours of sale, to the
highest bidder for cash, the following

The following information is provided in
order to comply with the requirements of
O.C.G.A. 19-15-3(d):
1. In the preceding twelve months, the
fatality re vie w subcommittee of the Houston
County Child Abuse Protocol Committee
has received 6 reports from a medical
examiner pursuant toO.C.G. A. 19-15-3(a).
2. During that same period ot time, the
subcommittee has prepared 6 death
investigation reports and foiwarded the
same as required by law.

Sealed proposal from General
Contractors will be received by the Houston
County Boaid of Education, Owner, at the
board office located at 1211 Washington
Street, until 2:00 P M. at the time legally
prevailing in Peny, Geoigia, on Tuesday,
August 2, 1994, for the construction of a
New Middle School No, 1 to be located on
Feagin Mill Road in Warner Robins,
Georgia. At the time and place noted above,
the proposals will be publicly opened and
read.
Bidding documents may be obtained at
the office of the Architect, Wm. Harold
DeLoach, Architect, P. O. Box 6926, 721
Walnut Street, Macon, Georgia 31208.
Bidding documents are available for
review at the office of the Dodge Ran
Rooms, Construction Market Data and
Dodge SCAN.
Bidding documents may fee obtained
from the Architect upon deposit of Two
Hundred Dollars ($200.00). One Hundred
Twenty-Five Dollars ($125.00) of the
deposit will be refundable to General
Contractors, provided documents are
returned to the Architect within fifteen (15)
days after the opening of bids, The
remaining Seventy-Five Dollars ($75.00)
will be used to defer the cost of printing and
handling and will be non-refundable. No
refunds will be made for documents
returned after fifteen (15) days. Refunds
will be made to bona fide bidders only.
Contract, if awarded, will be on a lump
sum basis of the base bid to the lowest
responsible and qualified bidder. No bid
may be withdrawn for a period of 35 days
after time has been called on the date of
opening. Bids must be accompanied by a
Bid Bond in an amount of not less than 5%
of the base bid. Both a Performance Bond
and a Payment Bond will be required in an
amount equal to 100% of the contract
price.
The Owner reserves the right to reject
any or all bids and to waive technicalities
and formalities.
