Order #94-OQ3-MW which replaced the
RTC as ConscrvatoL for Security Federal
pavings and Loan Association, Jackson,
Mississippi, with the RTC as Receiver for
Security Federal Savings and Loan
Association, Jackson, Mississippi, for the
purposes of liquidation;
WHEREAS, pursuant to the aforesaid
OTS Orders and by operation of law

12 U.S.C. 1441a(b)(4), RTC as Receiver
for Security Federal Savings and Loan

succeeded to all right, title and privilege in
