Because of default in payment of
indebtedness secured by a Deed to
Secure Debt executed by JACQUELYN
A. SIMMONS to GEORGE WALLACE
WILLIAMS and LARRY G.
.SNELLGROVE dated October 31,1990,
and recorded in Deed Book 897, Page
431-435 The undersigned, George
Wallace Williams and Larry G. Sneligrove
having declared the entire amount of
said indebtedness due and payable in
accordance with the terms of said deed
and the note secured thereby; and
pursuant to the power of sale contained
in said deed, there will be sold by the
undersigned at public outcry before the
courthouse door in Perry, Houston
County, Georgia, on Tuesday, January
3,1995, within the legal hours of sale, to
the highest bidder for cash, the following
described property, to-wit::
All thattract or parcel of land, lying and

according to that certain plat of survey

Said plat and the recorded copy thereof,

The above-described property will be
sold subject to that certain Deed to Secure
Debt dated October 31. 1990, and of

value received, Ken C. Lawhorn and
Kristie N. Lawhorn executed and
delivered to the United States of America,

The failure of any high bidder to pay
