OF REAL ESTATE
Under and by virtue of the power of
sale contained in a Georgia Deed to
Secure Debt executed and delivered by
ERA MAE LITTLE of Newark, New Jersey
and VERA MAE ZIEGLER of the County
of Houston, State of Georgia, dated
January 22,1993 and recorded in Deed
Book 1005, Page 599, in the Office of the
Clerk of the Superior Court of Houston
County, Georgia, there will be sold at
public outcry before the Courthouse door
in Houston County, Georgia, on the first
Tuesday in January, 1995, within the
legal hours of sale to the highest bidder
for cash, the following described property:
All that tract or parcel of land situate,
lying and being in Land Lots 44 and 53 of
tne Fourteenth Land District of Houston
County, Georgia, and being Tract 15,
compnsing 6.243 acres, and oeing more
oarticularly shown on plat of survey
designated, “SURVEY FOR HOMER F.
PIKE, JR. AND CAROL SUE PIKE:,
prepared by Richard L. Jones, Registered
Land Surveyor No. 1591, said plat of
survey dated November 12. 1987, and
recorded in Plat Book 34, Page 72, Clerk’s
Office, Houston Superior Court. Said plat
of survey and the recorded copy thereof

The debt secured by said Georgia
Deed to Secure Debt. Note and any
additional loan agreements, is hereby
declared due because of non-payment
thereof. The debt remaining in default,
this sale will be made for the purposes of
paying the same and all expenses in
connection with the sale, including
attorney’s fees.
The aforesaid Georgia Deed to Secure
Debt was given originally to secure the
principal sum of $12,000.00 with said
principal sum being payable as set forth
