Powers and is a young man of fine

By virtne of an order of the District Court
of the United States for the Southern Dis
trict of Georgia in the matter of the Hutch
inson Company of Monticello Georgia bank
rupt. In Bankruptcy. The undersigned as
Trustee of said bankrupt will sell to the
‘highest bidder for cash at the store formerly
ocenpied by said bankrupt, in Monticello
Georgia, on December 14th 1904, beginning
at twelve o’clock noon, all of the stock of
goods, wares, and merchandise, all the store
fixtures and furniture, all the notes, ac
eounts and choses in action, and all other
property of said estate. I will offer for sale
| said merchandise separately in such lots and
classes as will be most attractive to the pur
chasers. I will also offer as a lot the notes,
accounts and choses in action, and as anoth
er lot the fixtures and furniture. I will then |
offer for sale the entire stock of merchandise,
the fixtures, notes and accounts, the choses
in action and all other property of said es
tate as a whole. That method of sale which
shall realize the most, whether by lots and
classes or as a whole, will be adopted as a
sale and reported to the Court for confirm
ation immediately. The highest bidder at
said sale will be required to deposit with me
at once ten per cent of his bid and to pay the
balance thercof‘lediately'upon confirma
tion of said sale.” If said sale shall not be
confirmed, the ten per cent so deposited will
be returncd to the bidder.
